48-Hour Business-Day Cancellation Policy
Our Practice goal is to provide quality dental care to all of our patients in a timely manner- this is why we reserve time with your designated provider. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellation of appointments not only inconvenience our providers, but they also limit or change the treatment time of other patients on our schedule.
Appointments cancelled under 48 hours (business days, Monday – Friday) will incur a $75.00 cancellation fee per hour. We do not include weekends as working days.
Appointments for procedures scheduled 2+ hours are considered confirmed appointments with our office. Cancelling or rescheduling these appointments will result in a mandatory $150 fee. We ask that you please make sure extended appointment times are something that works for you before scheduling.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. We respectfully ask you to call to reschedule any appointments directly with the office by calling the number listed below. We do not accept cancellations via email or text as these systems are not monitored throughout the day.
